Наверно, для начала, было бы лучше запитаться из отдельной емкости с отстоенной саляркой без участия фильтра и бака (чтобы немного локализовать, так сказать, проблему, исключив тракты подачи, слива и фильтрации...) и посмотреть, если изменения...
Затем:
1. Проверить разрежение перед предварительным насосом (стоит на тнвд), т.е. разрежение в шланге от фильтра на тнвд, д.б. порядка 0,5-1 бар.
2. Проверить клапан аварийного сброса на топливной рампе - с него ничего не должно сливаться...
3. Проверить связку "датчик давления" - "регулятор" на топливной рампе и ТНВД (давлением управляет регулятор на ТНВД по "подсказке" датчика давления на рампе):

2. C001: Determine as faulty if output signal remains below lower limit 180.84mV for the duration of 0.18 second and normal if normal output is maintained for the duration of 0.48 second.
3. C002: Determine as faulty if output signal remains above upper limit 4.8V for the duration of 0.18 second and normal if normal output is maintained for the duration of 0.2 second.
4. C003: Determine as faulty if power supply voltage 2 remains outside the range of 4.7 ~ 5.1V for the duration of 0.1 second and normal if normal output is maintained for the duration of 0.1 second.

1.Monitor Scantool Data
1. Check the functioning of rail pressure sensor
a. Scantool data mode: Check for the fuel pressure in the rail during idle after the engine warm up.
Fuel pressure sensor: 220 - 300bar
If normal data value is output, the identified fault may have existed previously or intermittently.
2.Check the Power Supply Circuit of the Sensor
1. Sensor connector: Disconnect.
2. Ignition Switch: ON
3. measure the power Supply Voltage to the fuel pressure sensor using a multimeter.
a. Voltage: 4.7 - 5.1 V
NG
1. Check the connection state of the connector
2. Check for the open or short circuit of harness wire
3.Check the Ground of the Sensor
1. Ignition switch: OFF
2. Disconnect the connector of the fuel pressure sensor.
3. Check the conduction between the connector ground terminals of the wiring side (APS 1) and the body side.
a. Normal if conduction is normal

1. Check the connection state of the connector
2. Check for the open or short circuit within the ground circuit of the fuel pressure sensor
4.Check The Input Signal Of The Sensor
1. Check the functioning of the sensor
2. Sensor connector: Connect.
Oscilloscope
3. Engine: Idle
Using a multimeter: Connect a probe to the sensor output terminal and check the voltage.
a. While idle: 0.7 ~ 1.7 V

1. Check the connection state of the connector
2. Check for the open or short circuit of the sensor output circuit
3. Inspect the components of the fuel pressure sensor.
5.Check the Harness and the Connector
1. Disconnect the fuel pressure sensor connector
a. Check the connection state of the harness connector, back out or damage of the terminal and slack of wire.
2. Disconnect the ECU side connector.
a. Check the connection state of ECU connector, back out or damage of the terminal and slack of wire.
If the fault is intermittent, check the vehicle while gently shaking the connector or the harness.
NG
Repair the faulty part, reconnect ECU and sensor connector, delete DTC using scantool and check if DTC appears again.

When the Voltage is always about 1 V
a. Check the open between the valve voltage supply line and ECM.

a. Check the open between the valve control line and ECM.
c. When the voltage of position is significantly low
a. Check wiring between the ECM and the Valve voltage supply line.
b. Check wiring between the ECM and the Valve voltage supply line.
d. When the voltage of position is significantly high
a. Check poor contact between the valve control line and ECM.
b. Check ECM ground.
c. Check ECM malfunction.
e. When the current of position is significantly low
a. Check the items of No. 3 and No.4
b. Check the valve malfunction.

a. Actuator Mode: Select Fuel Pressure Control Valve, run it and check the operating sound of Fuel Pressure Control Valve.
b. Normal if operating sound can be heard.
If operating sound can be heard, it means that the circuit related to the Fuel Pressure Control Valve is properly connected.
2.Check the Power Supply Circuit of the Fuel Pressure Control Valve
1. Turn the ignition switch off and disconnect the fuel pressure control valve connectors.
2. Ignition Switch: ON
3. Measure the power supply voltage at pressure control valve using a multimeter
a. Voltage: Battery Voltage

1. Check the connection state of the connector
2. Check for the open or short circuit within the wire between the rail pressure control valve and ECU(Computer).
3.Check the Control Signal Circuit of the Fuel Pressure Control Valve
1. Fuel pressure control valve connector: Disconnect
2. Ignition switch: OFF
3. Check for the conduction through the circuit between fuel pressure control valve and ECU.
a. Normal if conduction is normal
b. OR measure the voltage at the Control Circuit for fuel pressure control valve using a multimeter
4. Fuel pressure control valve connector: Disconnect
5. Ignition Switch: ON
a. Voltage: Approx. 3.6 V
It is possible to visually check the actual output signal and the data value of the fuel pressure control valve by measuring the waveform with oscilloscope in order to check the signals of fuel pressure control valve.
IF waveform (or frequency) cannot be measure, inspect the components of the circuit or valve.
NG

2. Check for the open or short circuit within the circuit between ECU and the fuel pressure control valve.
